Become a sponsor of the 2026 New England VegFest! The event will take place at Worcester State University (WSU) in Worcester, MA, from 12pm-5pm (preview hour at 11am) on Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
The festival takes place in and around the WSU Wellness Center, offering a large indoor Exhibit Hall and upper track as well as an outdoor green area. Sponsors generally have their first pick of exhibit space, with options for premium placement based on sponsor level.

Vendor Regulations (applies to all Exhibitors & Sponsors)
We are excited to welcome your organization to the 2026 NEVF! Please note the following information applicable to all vendors:
- EVENT TIME: The event goes from 12pm to 5pm (with an 11am-12pm preview hour for VIP attendees.) Vendors MUST keep their booth set-up until 5pm for the safety and respect of all guests, staff, and volunteers.
- LOAD-IN & BREAK-DOWN: Vendor load-in & set-up is in the morning between the hours of 730am~930am. Vendors must be set up by 10:30am and prepared to take customers at 11am. (Additional vendor load-in details are emailed approximately 15~30 days before the event date.) All exhibitors must stay set-up until 5:00pm, even if sold out. This is for the safety of our guests as well as respect for other vendors, attendees, and event organizers.
- FOOD PERMIT REGULATIONS:
- Food permits are required for all vendors selling or sampling fresh food or beverages, and/or food or beverages prepared outside of a commercial kitchen.
- The food permit is the vendors responsibility and must be obtained online from the City of Worcester. The deadline to apply is 03/26/26, which is 30 days prior to the event date.
- We ask that food vendors keep us updated on their permit application and email us a copy of their permit once received. As space is limited, food & beverage vendors without an approved permit by Monday, April 13th, (2 weeks prior to the event date,) may have their space forfeited without refund.
- FIRE & GENERATOR REGULATIONS:
- Food vendors are not permitted to cook with open flames indoors. However, warming with chafing dishes indoors is permitted.
- Food vendors who are cooking may need to pass a fire inspection before their temporary food permit can be issued. Fire Prevention contact info is included in the permit application and will appear if the vendor checks the mobile vehicle box.
- Food vendors doing ANY type of hot cooking must bring a fire extinguisher and have it within reach of their booth.
- Propane is not permitted at WSU unless it is directly part of a food truck.
- Generators are permitted outdoors. Generators must be isolated with guards, fencing or enclosure, as well as be 12' from mobile or temporary cooking operations as well as buildings.
- Vendors using flammable or combustible liquids may need to obtain a flammable storage permit.
- COMPOST & WASTE REGULATIONS:
- All NEVF vendors are required to use BPI-certified compostable materials for sampling and serving food. This includes plates, to-go containers, utensils, napkins, cups, straws, sampling cups, and all other disposables. CLICK HERE to learn more about our compost regulations.
- NEVF is not able to handle recycling for large quantities of product shipment boxes; if you have boxes to be recycled, please take them with you when you leave.
- Dumping of liquids, cooking oils, or food waste is not permitted on festival grounds or in outdoors drains or waterways.
- SPACE CONSIDERATIONS:
- Standard booth spaces are 10ft x 10ft for both indoor and outdoor spots.
- All food trucks must be outside.
- No vehicles are permitted to drive into the building.
- Electricity is available indoors only.
- Outdoors vendors can cook inside a food truck, or powered by a generator.
- Tents that fit within a 10x10 space are permitted outdoors, (and indoors with prior approval.)
- Non-profits with spaces on the track may not bring tents.
- All tents and large displays must be weighted. No stakes.
- PRODUCT POLICIES:
- VEGAN POLICY: All products or services sold, offered, or advertised at this event must be vegan, and not tested on animals.
- Vendors are not able to have any products containing alcohol, or cannabis at the festival per venue regulations.
- Controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and items prohibited by state or federal laws may not be sold, advertised, or possessed at NEVF.
- ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS: Expanded and additional regulations are specified clearly in our Exhibitor Agreement, to be signed with your application. These regulations apply to exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and all staff or volunteers of your group. We may also send additional regulations or considerations closer to the event date, or that are specific to vendor type or location.

The form below is an application only and does not guarantee acceptance in the 2026 festival. We will notify all vendors of acceptance in a timely manner. If we are unable to accommodate you, we will process a refund for your fee.
