Campus Map & Parking

Parking for the event is free at WSU in any surface lot or the garage, and on-street parking is also available along in the area.  See parking lots and location of Wellness Center below (Building 7 on map.)

Carefully review the campus map below before you arrive. Once parked, attendees should head toward the festival area (circled in yellow on the map) and enter through our main festival entrance - the doors to the Wellness Center just below #7 on the map. The main entrance to the festival is indicated with a yellow arrow. Located just inside the doors of the Wellness Center is the NEVF Welcome Area.

The festival area is accessible from the campus' North Entrance or South Entrance, or from the street (in between the Administration Building #6 and GHOSH Center #8.) Attendees will see food trucks & tented exhibitors out front. Please do not enter other campus buildings aside from our Wellness Center and GHOSH Auditorium festival spaces. Please be aware that some doors may lock behind you when you exit the event through other doorways, and you will need to re-enter through the main festival entrance.

Participating exhibitors should refer to their load-in emails for information regarding parking and load-in.

Accessibility

Please see Worcester State University's information on campus accessibility, including a campus accessibility map. There is ample handicap parking, and elevators. Mobility aids are welcome. Reach out to us at info@vegfest.org or stop by our Welcome/Merch table at the entrance and ask for a lead organizer if you have additional accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rain or Shine

NEVF takes place rain or shine. All activities, and the majority of exhibitors, are indoors, and outdoor exhibitors include food trucks and tented booths. NEVF exhibit halls and activity spaces are air-conditioned during the summer months.

Pets/Animals

Leashed, well-behaved animal companions are allowed outside only, along the Binienda Green at WSU.  Only vested / trained service dogs assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted inside campus buildings per the venue regulations. We appreciate the role comfort, therapy, and emotional support animals play; however, they are not classified as service animals under the ADA and cannot be accommodated indoors under our insurance and venue policies. Please clean up after your companion animal if you bring them to enjoy the outdoors, and do not leave any animals in a vehicle while you attend the festival.

No Suitcasing Policy

NEVF has a zero tolerance policy regarding "suitcasing" in which non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring companies or individuals attempt to promote or sell their products, services, or events to attendees or vendors.  NEVF reserves the right to remove such individuals from the event.

Coat Check / Lost and Found

NEVF and the venue itself do not offer a coat check. Sometimes items are lost during the event. You can leave your name and number with a lead organizer at our Vegfest Merch/Welcome table and we will reach out if anything is turned in.

Questions or Concerns

Should you have any questions or concerns, please email info@vegfest.org. For immediate concerns during the event, reach out to a volunteer at our NEVF Welcome Area located at the main entrance to the festival, 1st floor of the Wellness Center, just inside the doors to the right. NEVF volunteers are there to help and can connect you with a NEVF lead organizer should you need additional assistance. WSU will also have staff on site and a police detail to provide assistance if needed.
