Exhibitor Regulations

Please note: NEVF works hard to curate a variety of vendors and prioritizes those that are vegan/vegan-friendly. We have limited space for other types of vendors (e.g. home services). If you wish to apply for a company that is not directly related to vegan living, please contact us first at jen@vegfest.org.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 New England VegFest! Please note the following information regarding exhibitor regulations:

  • NEVF is not able to handle recycling for large quantities of product shipment boxes; if you have a large number of boxes to be recycled, please take them with you when you leave.
  • All products sold, offered, or advertised at this event must be vegan, and all items for purchase should not be tested on animals.
  • Vendors are not able to have any products containing alcohol, cannabis, or CBD at the festival as per venue regulations.

Compost Regulations for Vendors

VegFest is striving to make the 2024 NEVF as zero waste as possible. All NEVF vendors are required to use BPI-certified compostable materials for sampling and serving food. This includes plates, to-go containers, utensils, napkins, cups, straws, sampling cups, and all other disposables. Learn more.

Exhibitor Types & Spaces

The New England VegFest takes place in and around Worcester State University's Wellness Center, offering two large indoor Exhibit Halls and an outdoor green area. All exhibit areas are well-trafficked, bright, and easily accessible! Learn more about the venue.

The VegFest team does our best to accommodate vendor space needs, but venue layout is subject to change due to event logistics, electrical needs, and safely regulations. We recommend that you sign up early to ensure we can best meet your needs. Late sign-ups will likely have less options for choosing exhibit spaces.

Please note that the floor of Exhibit Hall A and Outdoors are now full. We still have space options in the Exhibit Hall A - Raised Track as well as Exhibit Hall B. For questions about space, including electrical needs and special considerations, please contact jen@vegfest.org.
