Exhibitor Types & Spaces

The festival takes place in and around the WSU Wellness Center, offering a large indoor Exhibit Hall and upper track as well as an outdoor green area.

The VegFest team does our best to accommodate vendor space needs, but venue layout is subject to change due to event logistics, electrical needs, and safely regulations. We recommend that you sign up early to ensure we can best meet your needs.

All exhibit areas are well-trafficked, bright, and easily accessible! Learn more about the venue.

Sponsors generally have their first pick of exhibit space, with options for premium placement based on sponsor level. View our Sponsor levels for information about sponsorship.

If you have questions about exhibiting or sponsorship, including accessibility, electricity, permitting, or more, contact us.
