The Joy of Being Vegan in a Non-Vegan World

July 30, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

Join vegan author and presenter Colleen Patrick-Goudreau—the Joyful Vegan—for a special talk on being a joyful vegan in a non-vegan world.

Colleen will share her insights into why many people struggle to stay vegan when dealing with social, cultural, and emotional pressures, such as being asked to defend your eating choices and feeling socially isolated. She will also provide tips for overcoming these challenges, including strategies for staying confident, sharing enthusiasm without evangelizing, and finding a community of like-minded people.

Add the event to your calendar using the calendar options at the bottom of the page, and tune in to watch on our homepage or on Facebook.
